About Jennifer
Jen is the Founder and CEO of Empire Property Construction, Empire Property Management, Steel City Realty, Steel Abstract Title, and Empire Capital Fund. Throughout owning and operating these connected businesses over the last decade, Jen noticed a gap in service in the industry. Wanting to streamline services for investors and commercial property owners alike, she likes to think of her companies as a ‘one-stop shop’ for real estate investors looking to passively build their wealth.
In any given workday, Jen wears many hats. When she’s not securing on and off-market deals for her plethora of clients, she is working hands-on with her employees to ensure the day-to-day operations of all companies are running smoothly. She works around the clock to keep her owners happy (i.e. helping them make money!)
Some of her favorite parts of her workday are training members of her team and implementing new and improved operating processes. She likes to think of her team members as family and there is no shortage of laughter between her and her staff.
Despite her busy working schedule, Jen always makes time for her family — her and her husband and business partner, Manny, are parents to four children and two dogs. When she is not running her kids to soccer or horseback riding, she enjoys cooking, entertaining and taking the kids to the lake to enjoy time on the boat or riding jet skis! She loves being active — probably why she excels in the Lehigh Valley’s fast-past real estate market.
