When it comes to real estate investing, management, and improving residential properties, I learned from scratch what works. My team and I currently manage about 1,500 units, employ 65 people, maintain less than a 2% vacancy rate, and successfully manage a portfolio of properties returning more than a 20% net cap rate and have reached returns as high as 60% cash on cash over a 5-year period.

By being involved in every aspect of owning property—from finding and financing to remodeling to lease administration—my team and I have carved out a sweet spot that attracts investors from all corners of the globe.

The most important aspect about our business is that we make it easy for our clients to find the financial income they want through real estate AND manage it so they don’t have to worry about their properties, tenants or other risks that take them away from enjoying life.

In 2018 we closed over $30 million in sales and received numerous accolades such as the cover of Top Agent magazine and an article in the Lehigh Valley Business Journal. We were named Best of Zillow and maintain a 5-star rating. For the year 2021, we closed over $60 million. We also worked on the Easton Yards project, leasing all 59 units in record time after completely renovating the warehouse property for a more modern use.
